We want to be clear about what this platform is and is not:

• AI Voice Registry is not a government body, a regulatory agency, or an officially recognised industry registry of any kind.
• AI Voice Registry is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to OpenAI, Google, Apple, Amazon, Microsoft, Anthropic, xAI, or any other AI company or platform.
• Submitting your business information through this platform does not constitute a submission to any AI platform, search engine, or voice assistant.

By submitting your information through this website, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to act on behalf of the business you are registering.
• You are submitting your own business's information and have the right to share it with us.
• You will not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• You will not submit information on behalf of a business you do not represent or have authority over.
• You will not use this platform to submit spam, test entries, or information designed to interfere with the operation of the Site.
• You understand that by submitting this form you are consenting to be contacted by our team regarding your submission and related services.

We rely on the information you submit to be accurate and up to date. Inaccurate or incomplete submissions reduce the quality of review our team can provide and may result in us being unable to follow up effectively.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. AI Voice Registry does not independently verify business information at the point of submission. We reserve the right to disregard or remove submissions that we believe are inaccurate, fraudulent, or submitted in bad faith.

This is the most important section of these Terms, and we want to be completely transparent with you.

Submitting your business information through AI Voice Registry does not guarantee any of the following:

• That your business will be cited, recommended, or listed by ChatGPT, Google, Siri, Alexa, Grok, Gemini, Perplexity, or any other AI platform or voice assistant.
• That your business will appear in any AI-generated response, recommendation, or search result.
• That submitting your information will improve your search engine rankings on Google or any other search platform.
• That your submission will be reviewed within any specific timeframe.
• That our team will contact you following your submission, though we make reasonable efforts to do so.

AI language models, voice assistants, and search engines operate independently. No third party including AI Voice Registry can guarantee placement, citation, or recommendation within these systems. Anyone who claims otherwise is not being honest with you.

Our services are focused on helping businesses structure and optimise their online presence in ways that may improve their likelihood of being surfaced by AI-driven tools. Results vary by business, industry, location, and the evolving nature of AI systems.

All content on AI Voice Registry including but not limited to text, design, layout, graphics, and code is the property of AI Voice Registry and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written permission.

By submitting your business information, including your business logo if provided, you grant AI Voice Registry a limited, non-exclusive licence to use that information for the purposes of reviewing your submission and providing our services to you. We will not use your business name, logo, or other submitted materials for marketing or promotional purposes without your explicit consent.

AI Voice Registry is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of this website or the outcomes of any services we provide.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AI Voice Registry and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or submission of your information.
• Any failure of AI platforms, search engines, or voice assistants to cite or recommend your business.
• Any loss of revenue, business opportunity, or goodwill arising from your use of or reliance on this platform.
• Any inaccuracies in how your business is represented by third-party AI systems, over which we have no control.
• Any technical issues, downtime, or data errors resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of this website shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.
